Griff is a Partner and Manager at Daggett Shuler, and he is a Board Certified Specialist in Workers’ Compensation Law. He concentrates his practice in Workers’ Compensation claims and complex third party cases. Griff enjoys educating injured workers regarding their legal rights. He regularly gives seminars on issues involving Workers' Compensation cases. Griff has extensive experience in handling many different types of workers’ compensation claims before the North Carolina Industrial Commission.

Griff has been included in the North Carolina Super Lawyers list in Workers’ Compensation. He has also been recognized as one of the Top Lawyers as published in Triad Business Leader magazine.

Currently serving as Vice-Chair of the North Carolina Bar Association's Workers' Compensation Section Council for 2011-2012. He is also serving a second term as Chair of the North Carolina Bar Association's Medico-Legal Liaison Committee for 2011-2012. The Medico-Legal Liaison Committee is made up of doctors, lawyers and hospital and medical board administrators. The committee is responsible for periodic review of and revisions to the Medico-legal Guidelines and for promoting the understanding and cooperation between attorneys and the medical profession.

Griff enjoys sports, travel, music, and spending time with his family. He is active in his church and presently serves as an adult Sunday School teacher. He has also served as a church Elder and has been involved as a part of several church committees. Griff and his wife have one daughter.
