Julie handles personal injury pre-litigation clients at Daggett Shuler, and she is a Partner with the firm. Client satisfaction is at the top of Julie's priorities. She has spoken at legal seminars and written a chapter in a book regarding Medicare disbursement issues in personal injury claims.
She has a special interest in liens and disbursements issues as they apply to Personal Injury law and particularly enjoys making sure clients maximize their personal injury recoveries.
Julie also serves on the Board of Governors of the North Carolina Advocates for Justice. Attorney Bell has served in numerous leadership positions with the NCAJ over her 20 year legal career.
