This past weekend was the Ironman 70.3 World Championship held in Chattanooga, Tenn. This race is comprised of a 1.2-mile swim, 56-mile bike and 13.1-mile run.
Throughout the year, an impressive 130,000 athletes around the globe compete in races attempting to qualify for the IRONMAN 70.3 World Championship. This year, more than 4,000 qualified athletes came to compete, representing over 70 different countries.
Attorney David Daggett was 48th in the 55-59 age group with a time of 5:20.13. He also competed in the Ironman Executive Challenge, where he was first in the over 55 division.
