Daggett Shuler Law & Winston-Salem Police Department Distribute Free Backpacks and School Supplies to Hundreds of Local Students

The 2nd Annual Daggett Shuler Backpack Program provided a free, brand new backpack filled with school supplies to over 250 local students across five different elementary schools in the Piedmont Triad. The backpacks are filled with everything students need to succeed in the classroom: pens, pencils, crayons, folders, paper and much more!

At Daggett Shuler Law, we want to make sure that every student in the Piedmont Triad gets their school year started on the right foot. Our hope is that these backpacks will help ease some of the financial burden of the back-to-school season, especially for families that are financially strained.

Once again, Daggett Shuler Law has partnered with the Winston-Salem Police Department and Chief Barry Rountree to make this wonderful community initiative a success. We would like to extend our sincere thanks to the brave men and women of the Winston-Salem Police Department for their great work in keeping our community safe.

Below, you can check out some of our favorite photos from the 2nd Annual Daggett Shuler Backpack Program. In addition, Caron Myers and the ABC 45 Business News Update team interviewed Attorneys David Daggett and Griff Shuler about what it means to be a part of this important community program.

Below, you can watch the full video , check out some great photos from yesterday’s festivities, and check in with the Daggett Shuler Law Blog and Facebook page for more updates coming soon!
