Next month, Attorney David Daggett will once again make the pilgrimage to Kailua-Kona, Hawaii to compete in the Ironman World Championship!
On October 8th, 2016, this world-renowned event will attract the best triathlon athletes from all around the world as they swim, bike and run their way towards the 2016 Ironman crown.
This will be Attorney David Daggett’s 8th time competing in the Ironman World Championship. The attorneys and staff at Daggett Shuler Law hope that the entire Piedmont Triad community will join us in wishing good luck to David as he embarks on this amazing journey!
The Ironman World Championship is one of the most difficult endurance races in the world and is open only to top-level triathletes that have already qualified for the competition. The race is split into three segments:
- First, a 2.4 mile rough water swim in the Pacific Ocean
- Next, a 112 mile bike race
- Finally, a 26.2 mile run
